Susan Cline Lucey is a yoga instructor, childbirth educator, doula, and the owner of GROW.
GROW Prenatal & Family Center is a Vermont hub of perinatal and family wellness. Our main pillars include prenatal/postnatal yoga and fitness, childbirth education, doula services, and playgroups/meetups. We have two yoga/fitness studios (Burlington & Richmond, Vermont) and a comfy "living room-style" wellness center for birth classes in Essex Junction, Vermont. GROW classes are offered in person as well as online to support families who live farther from Chittenden County or would rather stay home. We're a compassionate & fun community for all who build and grow families, and we can't wait to meet you!
GROW has two yoga/fitness studios in Burlington and Richmound, as well as a wellness center in Essex. Folks from all of Vermont are welcome.
