Heather Gallagher

Heather Gallagher (she/her) is a first generation Chinese American Birth, Postpartum & Death Doula and Family Photojournalist documenting many of the same transitions she holds space for in her doula practice. She has over 13 years experience walking alongside individuals and families during birth, postpartum and at the end of life by providing emotional, practical and structural support and resource sharing. She knows that no two experiences are alike and the way she cares for folks is highly individualized, meeting each person where they're at and without judgement. Heather is LGBTQIA+ friendly, Trans affirming and inclusive to all bodies and family structures. As a CODA (Child of Deaf Adult) and child of an Immigrant, she is a native signer with ASL as her primary sign language.
