I am an Ayurvedic practitioner and Arvigo practitioner, focusing on women’s health, education and empowerment in self healing.

I offer in-home Ayurveda postpartum doula care as well as education on how to set yourself up for self care during postpartum with the traditional wisdom of Ayurveda in mind. This could involve in-home massage and meal preparation.

I also offer Maya Abdominal Therapy (non pregnant and pregnancy work, as well as postpartum) in Williston focused on menstrual healing and regulation, conscious conception and digestive health.
