Amy's office is in Montpelier and all classes can be joined virtually as well as in-person, making her offerings available to folks throughout the state and beyond.
Amy LePage (she/her) is a childbirth educator, bodyworker, pelvic floor educator, yoga & somatic practitioner offering support for pregnant & postpartum folks and families. Her unique, body-based approach creates a deep understanding of how the body’s anatomy, mindset and nervous system responses play a role in navigating the wild ride of this transformational time.
The interactive, hands-on approach to Amy’s teaching makes classes engaging, fun and memorable. Her grounded presence leaves people feeling seen, heard and deeply tended to.
People seek Amy’s somatic bodywork and pelvic floor support to relieve general body and pelvic pain, reduce stress and anxiety, address muscular and uterine ligament tension that may be influencing baby’s positioning, practice pushing, restore their core after birth and so much more.
