You're invited to Vermont Birth Network’s Statewide Networking Tour this fall! These regional gatherings bring together perinatal professionals to connect, share resources, and strengthen Vermont’s network of support for families.
Each event is locally co-hosted and uniquely shaped by its community, offering space to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the statewide network of those who support Vermont families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
St. Albans: Coffee and Connection in Our Perinatal Community
Join Vermont Birth Network and Missi Greiner for coffee, pastries and connection to build our referral network in Franklin County. Open to any perinatal professionals who serve the local community. This is an adult focused event, infants and children at your discretion. Located at Missi’s office in St Albans City, VT.

Rutland: Birth Workers in Action: Build Your Referral Network
Join us for a family friendly event as we gather and connect over pizza. Kids have access to the play spaces at Wonderfeet Kids Museum with free childcare provided. While the kids play, adults can meet with other professionals who work in the pregnancy, birth and postpartum space to brainstorm and dream about how to improve resources, connection, and support for maternal and family services in Rutland. Co-hosted by Vermont Birth Network and Lisa Velasquez Kerns of Promise Lactation and Lactation Resources of Vermont.

White River Junction: Connecting Community Initiatives and Postpartum Support Networks
Come together to continue the conversation from last year about how to support postpartum folks in the upper valley, how to get involved in different initiatives. Updates on progress towards better discharge instructions from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Gifford (post c-section, community resources, etc) shared too. Returning and new folks welcome!

Burlington: Car Seats & Cookies
Calling all perinatal professionals to sharpen your skills and knowledge when it comes to car seat safety AND enjoy a fun cookie swap. Vermont Doula Company will provide car seat safety demos and hands on experience for you to practice. Please bring at least 2 dozen cookies (homemade or store bought, no judgement!) to share over networking and connecting. Additional snacks and refreshments provided. This event is co-hosted by Vermont Doula Company (VDC) and Vermont Birth Network at VDC’s office.
