Laura Pascoe

Dr. Laura Pascoe is an experienced birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, researcher, and coach serving families in the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire, and virtually worldwide.

She helps expectant parents prepare for birth, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood by integrating evidence, personal values, and intuition. Known for her warm, practical, and partner-inclusive approach, Laura offers doula support, childbirth education, parental leave coaching, birth story healing work, and personalized coaching for both birthing parents and partners.

Her background as a PhD researcher, educator, and gender equity and inclusivity specialist helps families navigate information, clarify priorities, and make decisions that feel aligned with their goals and circumstances. Laura's practice is welcoming and affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals and families.

She believes that while birth and parenting are inherently unpredictable, intentional preparation, strong support, and values-aligned decision-making can help families enter parenthood with greater confidence, connection, and resilience.

Laura see’s clients in-person in the Upper Valley - generally about an hour radius from White River Junction. She also offers virtual services.
