Emma Huvos

Emma Huvos (she/her) is a birth doula and massage therapist specializing in prenatal and postpartum massage. Through her mobile massage business, she helps new and expecting parents in the greater Burlington, VT area find relief from stress and discomfort without leaving home.

Her nurturing, trauma-informed approach to bodywork blends Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, and myofascial release with her deep understanding of the perinatal period to support body, mind, and spirit during a time of profound growth and transformation. She is passionate about helping clients get to know, trust, and inhabit their bodies on a deeper level as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

In addition to her massage practice, Emma partners with fellow birth doula Sarah Howe to provide comprehensive birth support to a small number of clients birthing at UVMMC or at home in Chittenden County, VT.
