Heather serves folks in-person within a 45 minute radius from Milton, VT. She serves folks virtually across the state.
As an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, 12 years of infant/maternal nursing under my belt I help families move from stress and uncertainty to confidence and comfort in their feeding journey. I provide calm, hands-on support right where families need it most. My goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
As a mom who has breastfed my 3 children, I understand both the challenges and the deep rewards of feeding your baby.
I bring advanced training in oral function and oral restrictions, as well as specialized expertise in breast pumps and pumping—so parents get clear, evidence-based guidance tailored to their real lives.
Located in Milton and offering in-home and virtual visits, I can almost always bill your insurance so my services are "free" to you. My private practice is Northern Vermont Lactation and I also work at Lactation Resources of Vermont.
