Karla Shea-Salazar

Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner

Ama Collective creates spaces for mothers from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond to connect, learn, and be nurtured.

We live in a world that ingrains disconnection: from the earth, our bodies, our babies, our instincts, and each other. Ama Collective exists to bring you back into connection.

Through circles, workshops, and creative experiences that weave together science, heart, and soul, we:

  • make room for the beautiful and messy parts of motherhood, with others to witness your becoming

  • help you make sense of your changing maternal brain and your baby's development in the early years

  • reconnect you to your intuition with body based practices that steady your nervous system and bring you back to yourself when the noise gets loud

Offerings include pregnancy and new mother circles, and workshops on infant/toddler sleep, brain development, matrescence, and creative collaging.

Ama Collective was founded by Karla Shea-Salazar, a mother, facilitator, creator, connector, and Vermont's first Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner.

Karla sees clients in-person in and around Shelburne and virtually
