Lauren provides care within a 1-hour radius of Burlington, Vermont. She does initial consultations, and prenatal/postpartum appointments virtually or in-person at her office at 47 Maple St, Burlington, VT.
My work centers the agency, intuition, and resilience of every client.
In addition to my training as a doula, I’m a certified clinical hypnotherapist and specialize in the use of hypnosis for childbirth and postpartum recovery.
My own experience of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum inspired me to unite these skills and develop a practice of holistic, client-centered doula support.
As a full-spectrum doula, I offer my training, my tools, and my sustained presence in service to each client’s unique path through the whole landscape of birth.
