Founded by two licensed clinical psychologists specializing in parenting stress, child and women’s mental health, and evidence-based strategies to improve emotional well-being, we are a private practice aiming to help women and caregivers clarify their values and take steps towards mitigating the many stressors that come with finding wellness in today’s complex world.

"Dr. Aubrey Carpenter brings lived experience as a parent and over a decade of clinical, research, and teaching experience to her mission to support parents through one of the hardest and most profound transitions they will ever go through.

She is available to support parents and expecting individuals seeking consultation, or short-term or longer-term psychotherapy. She has specialty training in perinatal mental health and draws from her background as a child clinical psychologist to support the parenting-specific questions and stressors that parents are often navigating, such as how to welcome a new sibling into a family or how to determine what child behaviors are developmentally appropriate versus what may warrant additional supports or services.

Dr. Ally Legrand Hrindo brings a decade of clinical, research, and teaching experience to her practice supporting women’s health issues, especially those at the intersection of reproductive health and mental health.

She is well versed in supporting the perinatal population and has expertise in trauma, perinatal loss, and coping with pelvic pain and related reproductive health challenges. Dr. Legrand has a particular interest and specialty area in perinatal anxiety and OCD.
