As a licensed clinical social worker/therapist, I provide a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages vulnerability, curiosity, and self-reflection. I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking support through transition, as well as those looking for a space to strengthen their quality of life through personal awareness.
My approach is relational and trauma informed, and I specialize in perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR), infertility, and parenting.
I understand the many challenges that one can encounter in their fertility journey such as grief, changes in individuality and family role, relationships, parenting identity and beliefs, and beyond. Throughout all stages of family planning and raising children I support and empower an individualβs experience through helping them understand their own mental health and risk factors, strengths and supports, and other individual needs through CBT and other evidence-based practices.
