Greetings! My practice specializes in providing support to anyone along the perinatal spectrum. Whether you are entering parenthood or returning, adding to your village can be a challenging task. My aim is to make your perinatal journey one of empowerment and ease.

My therapeutic philosophies align with evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, polyvagal, and attachment-based.

I am passionate about providing queer and trans-informed and affirmative care. I am available to provide therapeutic support to parents of all types: birthing, non-birthing/partners, and adoptive.

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) and have advanced certifications in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).

I am currently accepting Medicaid and BCBS, and have sliding scale self pay options.

I am located in Montpelier for in-person appointments and have telehealth availability. I look forward to connecting!
